  • After receiving the prepayment, we proceed to the development of a prototype and a technical specification — TS. We request additional information and content from you.
  • We are preparing a prototype and a TS, we send it for approval. You agree on a prototype.
  • We make edits to the prototype and the TS, if required. There are no restrictions on the number of edits, but there is a limit on the number of iterations, usually two.
  • We are preparing a Google spreadsheet for collecting content and meta information of pages. Approving the stage.

Release, Instructions, Warranty Period & Maintenance

Changes occurred while working on the project. What will happen next?

Atman assesses the scale of changes and further two options are possible. If the changes are minor, we make them within the framework of the main agreement. If the changes are time-consuming, we mark them up and implement them under an additional agreement.

Often we enter into the position of the client. If there is agreement with our approach, we can make changes even before the signing of documents and payments.

Can the project go beyond the budget guidelines?

At the briefing stage, Atman clarifies issues critical for determining the budget, so the actual change of estimates during the project is rare. We build communication with the client in such a way as to stay within the fixed budget, offering appropriate solutions. If a budget change is still required, it usually comes from a change in the client’s request. In this case, we warn you in advance, mark the changes and perform them as additional work.

Can the project go beyond the time benchmarks?

Atman gives an estimate of the timing of the project stages, based on the load on the team and the amount of work. At the same time, the client’s actions are not taken into account in the deadline: waiting for materials, signing contracts and acts, acceptance of intermediate stages of work and preparation of lists of comments. As a rule, we do our part of the work on time. It often turns out to pass the stages faster than planned.

How is the process of concluding a contract organized, what to request from the accounting department?

We request the counterparty’s card and contact mail & phone from customers. Next, we bring the client into our CRM, prepare and send documents for approval. After approval, we sign in the documents and start working on the project.

Will you disappear after the project is finished?

In each project, we include a 3-month warranty period, during which we stay in touch with the client and fix bugs and flaws. At the request of the client, during the project or after its completion, we prepare instructions, provide consultations, and train company representatives.

We are open to the development of the developed solution and the provision of support services, if there is a sufficient amount of work.

As a rule, we do not provide small requests and consultations, but we try to recommend performers who will help.

What guarantee do you provide for the developed solution?

3 months after the signing of the act of delivery of works: we fix bugs and defects found on the site (content, design, functionality) for free, if they are caused by our work.

How many design options do you make under the contract?

Usually we lay 2 iterations of approvals for a prototype, a design concept, design layouts and 1 iteration for layout. An iteration is a list of the client’s comments on the interim result of the work. There can be infinitely many comments in one iteration, but the number of iterations is limited. Theoretically, according to this logic, up to 3 different design concepts are included in the work (one is prepared by us, the second you can ask us at the design concept stage within the 1st iteration, the third — within the 2nd iteration). However, we try to find a common language with the client in the course of the project and take into account all the «wishes» in the first concept, which we then iteratively refine.

What is your payment system and reporting?

For small projects, the payment procedure is «50/50», for large projects — «30/30/40»: prepayment of 30%, 30% after approval of design layouts, 40% after the project is completed. We sign the acts twice: after agreeing on the design layouts and after the site is delivered. Inside the project, we put timings into stages and return with the results of the work within the timings.

Will a separate manager be allocated for the project?

Yes, the project will be managed by a separate Atman manager, communication with whom is available by mail and via Telegram. We are open to scheduled online meetings in Zoom and other services. We do not accept unplanned phone calls and messengers.
